I ALWAYS love lighting patterns and their effects when bending around surfaces. From a wonderful reference photo by

Mechanical pencil on stonehenge paper. Lots of trouble with the pattern but all of a sudden it all fit together like a jigsaw puzzle. I had to put it away and come back to it several times adding darks and lights here and there. The skin texture was an after-thought but I'm happy with most of it.
